Expected Results:
- Create and plan CE activities to improve healthcare team skills/strategies, performance and patient outcomes in concert with Einstein-Montefiore commitments to provide safe and high-quality care to communities that it serves.
- Bring skills in leadership to those that affect the ability of Einstein-Montefiore to meet its vision and core values.
- Improve high-impact quality of care and patient safety initiatives at Einstein-Montefiore.
- Deliver CE activities in educational formats that provide members of the healthcare team opportunities to collaborate and effectively learn from, with and about each other.
- Measure and analyze CE activities using educational outcome measurement (EOM) tools that evaluate change and improvement of healthcare team skills/strategies, performance and patient outcomes.
